تمثيل الجمهورية فى تحقيق الحوادث التى تقع للطائرات المصرية فى الخارج:
عند وقوع حادث لطائرة مصرية فوق أراضى دولة أجنبية، يعين وزير الطيران المدنى ممثل الجمهورية ومستشاريه للاشتراك فى التحقيق الذى تجريه سلطات هذه الدولة.
