الابلاغ عن حوادث الطائرات الأجنبية فى اقليم الجمهورية:
تقوم الادارة العامة لتحقيق ومنع حوادث الطائرات بوزارة الطيران المدنى بعد علمها بوقوع حادث لطائرة أجنبية فى اقليم الجمهورية بالابلاغ عنها فى أقرب فرصة لكل من:
1 – الدولة المسجلة بها الطائرة.
2 – الدولة الصانعة.
3 – دولة المستثمر اذا كانت غير دولة تسجيل الطائرة.
4 – الدولة المضارة بنتيجة الحادث.
