أموال الاتحاد أموال خاصة، وتعتبر فى حكم الأموال العامة فى تطبيق أحكام
قانون العقوبات، ولا يجوز الصرف منها إلا فى الأغراض التى أنشئ من أجلها وحددت
بموجب هذا القانون.
ولا يجوز الحجز على أموال الاتحاد إلا بحكم قضائي.
