إذا استمر أحد طرفى النزاع فى إجراءات التحكيم مع بوقوع مخالفة لشرط فى اتفاق التحكيم أو لحكم من أحكام هذا القانو يجوز الاتفاق على مخالفته ولم يقدم اعتراضا على هذه المخالفة فى الميعاد المتفق عليه أو فى وقت معقول عند عدم الاتفاق ، اعتبر ذلك نزولا منه عن حقه فى الاعتراض .
