فى الأحوال التى يجيز فيها هذا القانون لطرفى التحكيم اختيار الإجراء الواجب الاتباع فى مسألة معينة تضمن ذلك حقهما فى الترخيص للغير فى اختيار هذا الإجراء ، ويعتبر من الغير فى هذا الشأن كل منظمة أو مركز للتحكيم فى جمهورية مصر العربية أو فى خارجها .
