يجب على من صدر حكم التحكيم لصالحه إيداع أصل الحكم أو صورة موقعة منه باللغة التى صدر بها ، أو ترجمة باللغة العربية مصدقا عليها من جهة معتمدة اذا كان صادرا بلغة أجنبية ، وذلك فى قلم كتاب المحكمة المشار اليها فى المادة ( ٩ ) من هذا القانون .
ويحرر كاتب المحكمة محضرا بهذا الإيداع ويجوز لكل من طرفى التحكيم طلب الحصول على صورة من هذا المحضر .
