( ١ ) لا يجوز رد المحكم إلا إذا قامت ظروف تثير شكوكا جدية حول حيدته أو استقلاله .
٢– ولا يجوز لأى من طرفى التحكيم رد المحكم الذى عينه أو اشترك فى تعيينه إلا لسبب تبينه بعد أن تم هذا التعيين .
