إذا اكتسبت الأجنبية الجنسية المصرية طبقا لأحكام المادتين السابقتين فلا تفقدها عند انتهاء الزوجية إلا إذا استردت جنسيتها الأجنبية أو تزوجت من أجنبى ودخلت فى جنسيته طبقا لقانون هذه الجنسية .
