جميع القرارات الخاصة باكتساب الجنسية المصرية أو بسحبها أو بإسقاطها أو باستردادها أو بردها تحدث أثرها من تاريخ صدورها ويجب نشرها فى الجريدة الرسمية خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ صدورها ، ولا يمس ذلك حقوق حسنى النية من الغير .
وجميع الأحكام التى تصدر فى مسائل الجنسية تعتبر حجة على الكافة وينشر منطوقها فى الجريدة الرسمية .
