يلغى الباب السادس من الكتاب الأول من القسم الأول من القانون المدنى ، والباب السابع من الكتاب الأول من قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية ، الصادر بالقانون رقم ٧٧ لسنة ١٩٤٩ ، ويستعاض عنهما بنصوص القانون المرافق ، كما يلغى كل نص آخر يخالف أحكامه .
