إذا كان المكان الواجب إجراء الإثبات فيه بعيدا عن مقر المحكمة جاز لها أن تندب لإجرائه قاضى محكمة المواد الجزئية الذى يقع هذا المكان فى دائرتها ، وذلك مع مراعاة الميعاد المنصوص عليه فى المادة السابقة .
