إذا ندبت المحكمة أحد قضاتها لمباشرة إجراء من إجراءات الإثبات وجب عليها أن تحدد أجلا لا يجاوز ثلاثة أسابيع لمباشرة هذا الإجراء .
ويعين رئيس الدائرة عند الاقتضاء من يخلف القاضى المنتدب .
