يجوز للمحكمة أثناء سير الدعوى ولو أمام محكمة الاستئناف أن تأذن فى إدخال الغير لإلزامه بتقديم محرر تحت يده وذلك فى الأحوال ومع مراعاة الأحكام والأوضاع المنصوص عليها فى المواد السابقة .
