للمحكمة أن تأمر باستدعاء الخبير فى جلسة تحددها لمناقشته فى تقريره إن رأت حاجة ذلك ، ويبدى الخبير رأيه مؤيدا بأسبابه ، توجه إليه المحكمة من تلقاء نفسها أو بناء على طلب الخصم ماتراه من الأسئلة مفيدا فى الدعوى .
