يجب أن يشتمل محضر أعمال الخبير على بيان حضور الخصوم وأقوالهم وملاحظاتهم موقعة منهم - مالم يكن لديهم مانع من ذلك فيذكر فى المحضر كما يجب أن يشتمل على بيان أعمال الخبير بالتفصيل وأقوال الأشخاص الذين سمعهم من تلقاء نفسه أو بناء على طلب الخصوم وتوقيعاتهم .
