إذا كان أصل المحرر الرسمى موجودا فإن صورته الرسمية خطية كانت أو فوتوغرافية تكون حجة بالقدر الذى تكون فيه مطابقة للأصل .
وتعتبر الصورة مطابقة للأصل مالم يتنازع فى ذلك أحد الطرفين ، وفى هذه الحالة تراجع الصورة على الأصل .
