تؤلف محاكم الميدان وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
وعند الضرورة لا تقل رتبة رئيس المحكمة الميدانية العليا عن رائد ، والمحكمة الميدانية المركزية لها سلطة العليا عن نقيب ، والمحكمة الميدانية المركزية عن ملازم أول .
وعند محاكمة ضابط لا يجوز أن يكون رئيس المحكمة أحدث منه .
