للقائد أثناء الخدمة فى الميدان سلطة إصدار الأمر بحبس المتهم احتياطيا وراعى إخطار قائد القوات فى الميدان بأوامر الحبس الاحتياطى الصادرة عن الضباط ويكون الإفراج عنهم بأمر من قائد القوات فى الميدان أو من ينوب عنه .
