ومع ذلك يجوز للمحكمة مراعاة للنظام العام أو محافظة على الأسرار الحربية أو على الآداب أن تأمر بسماع الدعوى كلها أو بعضها فى جلسة سرية أو أن تمنع أفرادا معينين من الحضور فيها أو تمنع نشر أخبارها عنها
