يكون تكليف المتهم والشهود بالحضور إلى المحكمة بموجب ورقة تكليف تبلغ إليهم قبل الجلسة بأربع وعشرين ساعة على الأقل ، غير مواعيد المسافة .
ويجوز تكليف الشهود من العسكريين أو الملحقين بالعسكريين بالحضور باشارة سلكية أو لاسلكية وذلك عن طريق رؤسائهم .
ويكون تكليف الشهود غير العسكريين بالحضور بموجب ورقة تكليف ترسل إليهم عن طريق السلطات الإدارية .
