كل شخص خاضع لأحكام هذا القانون ارتكب الجريمة الآتية :
إهانته هيئة المحكمة إما باستعمال عبارات السفه أو التهديد ، و إما بإحداثه أي تعطيل أو خلل في إجراءات المحكمة .
يعاقب إذا كان ضابطا بالطرد أو بجزاء أقل منه ، و إذا كان عسكريا يعاقب بالحبس أو بجزاء أقل منه منصوص عليه في هذا القانون .
ويجوز للمحكمة نفسها أن تصدر أمرا موقعا من رئيس المحكمة بوضع ذلك المرتكب في الحبس لمدة لا تزيد عن واحد وعشرين يوما .
