كل شخص خاضع لأحكام هذا القانون ارتكب إحدى الجرائم الآتية :
١ إساءته استعمال أسلحته أو ملبوساته أو مهماته .
٢ إفقاده أو إتلافه إهمالا أسلحته أو ملبوساته أو معداته أو وثائقه العسكرية .
يعاقب بالسجن أو بجزاء أقل منه منصوص عليه فى هذا القانون .
