لا يجوز تنفيذ حكم بنفقة صادر بعد العمل بهذا القانون لمدة تزيد على سنة من تاريخ الطلاق ولا يجوز تنفيذ حكم صادر قبل العمل بهذا القانون لمدة بعد صدوره إلا بمقدار ما يكمل سنة من تاريخ الطلاق .
