تفرض ضريبة على مقابل دخول المسارح وغيرها من محال الفرجة وأى مكان من أماكن الملاهى والعروض والحفلات وأنشطة الترفيه وقضاء الوقت ، وعلى مقابل استخدام الألعاب وغيرها على النحو المبين بالجدول المرافق ، وذلك وفقا للفئات الواردة به .
