جميع القرارات والأوامر وكذا التعليمات الواردة بلوائح القوات المسلحة
فى الإقليمين السورى والمصرى ما دامت لا تتعارض مع نصوصه . كما
يلغى القانون رقم ٩٧ لسنة ١٩٥٧ المشار إليه .
