إذا استنفد الضابط مدد العلاج المسموح بها قانونا
حسب لوائح القوات المسلحة سواء كان ذلك بالمستشفى أو بكشف
المرضى وكان من المنظور تمام شفائه أحيل إلى الاستيداع صحيا إلى أن
يقرر المجلس الطبى العسكرى المختص لياقته للعودة للخدمة العاملة .
وإذا كانت حالته غير قابلة للشفاء أحيل إلى المعاش — بعد صدور قرار
المجلس المذكور — لعدم لياقته طبيا للخدمة .
ومع ذلك يجوز إحالة الضابط إلى المعاش بناء على طلبه قبل انتهاء
اجازته المرضية .
