Article 92 of the Armed Forces Officers Service and Promotion Law

لا يجوز ضم مدة الاجازة العادية المستحقة عن سنة إلى
سنة أخرى على أنه يجوز للضباط الذين منحوا بسبب مقتضيات الخدمة
اجازة تقل عن ثلاثين يوما فى السنة أن يحصلوا على اجازة مقدارها
ستون يوما فى السنة التالية .
