إذا تقرر عدم صلاحية الضابط الطيار للطيران نتيجة
لعدم لياقته طبيا ولم يكلف بأية أعمال أرضية ويبقى مدرجا بكشف الضباط
الطيارين .
وفى هذه الحالة يخفض راتب الطيران الذى يتقاضاه بالنسب الآتية :
١٠٠ ٪ إذا كان برتبة ملازم طيار
٥٠ ٪ إذا كان برتبة ملازم أول طيار أو نقيب طيار
٢٥ ٪ إذا كان برتبة رائد طيار أو مقدم طيار
١٢ 1⁄2 ٪ إذا كان برتبة عقيد طيار
ويستمر الضابط فى صرف راتب الطيران بعد تخفيضه بصفة ثابتة
طوال مدة خدمته بغض النظر عن ترقيته لرتب أعلى
