ورواتب الضباط هى الرواتب الأصلية المقررة للرتب
المختلفة بما فى ذلك العلاوات الدورية وفقا لما هو وارد فى الجدول المرافق
لهذا القانون ، ويكون تعديلها بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية بناء على اقتراح
لجنة ضباط القوات المسلحة وعرض وزير الحربية .
أما التعويضات فتشمل البدلات والعلاوات الإضافية " .
