Article 56 of the Armed Forces Officers Service and Promotion Law

إذا عين للخدمة ضباط من رتبة واحدة وكانوا من أسلحة
ذات كشوف أقدمية منفصلة أو كانوا من قوات مختلفة بالقوات المسلحة
فتكون أسبقيتهم فى القيادة فيما بينهم فى الرتبة الواحدة من تاريخ الحصول
عليها فاذا تصادف حصول ضابطين أو أكثر على تلك الرتبة فى تاريخ
واحد فيرجع إلى تاريخ حصول كل منهم على الرتبة السابقة وهكذا ،
وذلك كله مع مراعاة حكم المادة ٥٣
