الضباط الحائزون لرتب أصلية يسبقون الضباط الحائزين
لرتب محلية أو وقتية أو فخرية مماثلة .
كما يسبق الضباط الموجودون فى الخدمة الضباط المستدعين من المعاش الذين من
نفس الرتبة والفئة" .
