تسرى على الضباط الأطباء وأطباء الأسنان والصيادلة
والأطباء البيطريين الأحكام الواردة فى المواد من ٣١ الى ٣٧ على أن يكون
الحد الأدنى الزمنى لترقية الملازم الأول التام التأهيل إلى رتبة نقيب سنتين
على الأقل لا طباء البشريين وخمس سنوات للصيادلة .
