تسرى على ضباط القوات الجوية الأحكام الواردة
فى المواد من ٣١ الى ٣٨ ، ويستثنى من ذلك الأحكام الآتية بالنسبة
للضباط الطيارين :
( أ ) تكون ترقية الملازم الأول الطيار إلى رتبة نقيب طيار بعد مضى
ثلاث سنوات خدمة عاملة فى رتبته على الأقل
(ب) أقصى مدة خدمة للعقيد الطيار خمس سنوات فى رتبته ، ويجوز
مدها سنة سادسة بقرار من القائد العام للقوات المسلحة
( ج ) أقصى مدة خدمة للعميد الطيار أربع سنوات فى رتبته ، ويجوز
مدها سنة خامسة بقرار من القائد العام للقوات المسلحة
رابعا — فى مصلحة السواحل
