يجوز بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية إنشاء قوات جديدة أو تعديل القوات المشار إليها فى المادتين (١ ، ٢) من هذا القانون ، وذلك كله بعد موافقة المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة .
