يجوز عدم التقيد بالمدد الواردة بالمادة ٣١ من هذا
القانون بالنسبة للترقيات التى تجرى خلال سنة من تاريخ العمل به ، ويجوز
بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية مد هذه المدة سنة ثانية ولا يجوز ترقية ضابط
الى رتبتين أصليتين خلال عام واحد ، وتحسب مدة العام من تاريخ الترقية
الأولى .
