يستمر ضباط الإقليم الشمالى الذين يتقاضون فى تاريخ
العمل بهذا القانون جملة تعويضات ورواتب مقطوعة صافية ( بعد حسم
١٠٪ ) أعلى مما يستحقونه بالتطبيق لأحكام هذا القانون فى صرف رواتبهم
وتعويضاتهم القديمة الى أن ترتفع فئاتها على الوجه المبين بالجدول المرافق
أو يرقون الى رتبة أعلى .
