لا يجوز للضابط الذى انتهت مدة خدمته بالقوات
المسلحة أن يخدم فى قوات مسلحة أجنبية إلا بعد الحصول على إذن خاص
بذلك من رئيس الجمهورية .
وتعتبر مخالفة أحكام هذه المادة جريمة يعاقب
مرتكبها بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة وغرامة لاتقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولاتزيد
على ألفى جنيه وذلك مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد أو أية آثار أخرى يرتبها القانون .
