Article 134 of the Armed Forces Officers Service and Promotion Law

يحال الضباط إلى الاستيداع فى الحالات الآتية :
( ١ ) عدم اللياقة للخدمة طبيا
( ٢ ) إذا قدم الضابط طلبا بذلك
( ٣ ) إذا صدر قرار تأديبى بذلك
( ٤ ) إذا قصر فى امتحانات الترقية المحددة لرتبته ثلاث مرات ولا
يعاد للخدمة العاملة إلا بعد اجتيازه الامتحان فى المواد التى قصر فيها .
