يمنح نوط الجمهورية العسكرى لمن قام بأعمال مجيدة فى الميدان أو قدم خدمات جليلة
للوطن أو القوات المسلحة من ضباط القوات المسلحة أيا كانت رتبته .
ويكون تعيين طبقة النوط وفقا للعمل الممنوح من أجله .
