تعرض طلبات منح الأوسمة والأنواط والميداليات
على لجان الضباط المختصة لفحصها والتوصية باختيار من ترى منحها لهم .
ثم ترسل بعد موافقة القائد العام للقوات المسلحة إلى وزير الحربية لرفعها
إلى رئيس الجمهورية .
