يكون طلب منح الأوسمة والأنواط والميداليات
العسكرية فى المواعيد التى يحددها القائد العام للقوات المسلحة .
ويجوز منحها فى أى وقت لأفراد القوات المسلحة إذا قاموا بأعمال
مجيدة يكون فى مكافآتهم عليها تشجيعا لغيرهم على الاقتداء بهم .
