Article 109 of the Armed Forces Officers Service and Promotion Law

تكون الاختراعات التى يبتكرها الضابط أثناء تأدية
أعمال وظيفته أو بسببها ملكا للدولة فى الحالات الآتية :
( ١ ) إذا كان الاختراع نتيجة لتجارب رسمية
( ٢ ) إذا كان داخل نطاق واجبات وظيفته
( ٣ ) إذا كان للاختراع صلة بالشئون العسكرية
و إذا كان الاختراع صالحا للاستغلال المالى فيكون للضابط الحق
فى تعويض يقدر تقديرا عادلا
