يكون للمركز جهاز تنفيذى، يصدر بتعيين رئيسه قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء، ويتولى رئيس الجهاز التنفيذى للمركز ادارته وتصريف شئونه وتمثيله أمام القضاء وفى صلاته بالغير، ويباشر اختصاصاته على الوجه المبين بهذا القانون، وله أن يتخذ ما يراه لازما من قرارات لتحقيق الأغراض التى أنشئ من أجلها المركز.
