يصدر الوزير المختص قرارا بتحديد فئات رسم الشهر بما لا يجاوز مبلغ عشرة آلاف جنيه.
وللوزير المختص إعفاء الهيئات الشبابية التى يكون أكثر من (٥٪) من أعضائها
من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة من رسم الشهر.
