يجب أن يذكر اسم الهيئة الشبابية ورقم شهرها ودائرة نشاطها في جميع دفاترها
وسجلاتها ومحرراتها ومطبوعاتها .
ولا يجوز إطلاق أسماء الهيئات الشبابية على أي إصدارات أو نشرات مكتوبة
أو إلكترونية أو محال أو أعمال أو بضاعة ، كما لا يجوز صنع شعارات هذه الهيئات
أو علاماتها أو الاتجار فيها بغير إذن منها . ولا يجوز لأي شركة أو هيئة أن تتخذ تسمية
تثير اللبس بينها وبين هيئة شبابية أخرى .
