Article 23 of the Youth Bodies Law

للجهة الإدارية المركزية أن تنشئ اتحادا لرعاية الخدمة العامة التطوعية للشباب ،
ويكون هو المسئول فنيا عن شئون الاتحاد .
ويكون لهذا الاتحاد مجلس إدارة ، تشغل عضويته بالتعيين ، وتكون له سلطات
واختصاصات الجمعية العمومية .
ويصدر بالنظام الأساسي للاتحاد قرار من الوزير المختص يتضمن تكوينه
واختصاصاته وتنظيمه وطريقة إدارته وفروعه ، وغير ذلك من الأمور التنظيمية الأخرى .
