يتولى مجلس إدارة الهيئة الشبابية إدارة جميع شئونها، ويكون جميع أعضائه
مسئولين بالتضامن عن كافة أعماله طبقا للقانون.
وعلى أعضاء مجلس الإدارة التحلى بحسن السير والسلوك والسمعة.
ومع عدم الإخلال بالمسئولية الجنائية يكون كل عضو من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة
والمدير التنفيذي والمدير المالي بالهيئة مسئولا عن القرارات التي يصدرها إذا كان من شأنها
الإضرار بمصالح الهيئة أو بأموالها.
