تختص الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للهيئة الشبابية بما يأتي :
١ - إسقاط العضوية عن كل أو بعض أعضاء مجلس الإدارة وفقا للنصاب الذي تحدده
لائحة النظام الأساسي، ويحرم من أسقطت عضويته من عضوية مجلس الإدارة لأي
من الهيئات الشبابية لمدة أربع سنوات من تاريخ إسقاط العضوية .
٢ - إلغاء قرار أو أكثر من قرارات مجلس الإدارة .
٣ - الموضوعات الأخرى ذات الطبيعة المهمة أو العاجلة الواردة في جدول الأعمال .
