تمتد الدورة النقابية القائمة اعتبارا من تاريخ انتهائها طبقا لأحكام القانون رقم ٣٥
لسنة ١٩٧٦ بإصدار قانون النقابات العمالية ، كما تستمر تشكيلات المنظمات النقابية
المنتخبة فى هذه الدورة فى مباشرة اختصاصاتها طبقا للأحكام المنصوص عليها فى القانون
المرافق ، وذلك حتى يتم انتخاب التشكيلات الجديدة خلال تسعين يوما من تاريخ العمل
باللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
