فى حالة انقضاء الشخصية الاعتبارية للمنظمة النقابية العمالية لدمجها مع غيرها أو
لأى سبب من الأسباب المقررة قانونا ، تئول أموالها وممتلكاتها وفقا لأحكام التنظيم
المنصوص عليه فى لائحة النظام الأساسى والمالى لها .
ويجب أن تتضمن لائحة النظام الأساسى والمالى للمنظمة النقابية العمالية الأحكام
المنظمة لأيلولة أموالها وممتلكاتها فى الأوضاع والحالات المختلفة الناتجة عن انقضاء
شخصيتها الاعتبارية .
